For the client is easy! You just choose the Advisor you are drawn to, connect and ask questions. For an Advisor it is more complex. They need to tap into your energy and the person you are enquiring about's energy. This takes a little time and a lot of concentration. Try and be patient when in a reading, and allow the Advisor to connect and answer one question at a time.

Some Advisors use tools like Tarot Cards, Runes, Crystals and so on, others use their intuition or receive messages from the spirit world or their guides, that is why remaining patient and quiet whilst they are connecting is paramount for a better, clearer reading.

Try and avoid calling when you are stressed or too emotional, your energy would not be settled and the reading could be compromised. When you are ready, just choose the Advisor you are drawn to and ask your questions. Please use the first 3 minutes to describe your situation and connect with the Advisor, jumping into the reading without a good connection is not recommended.

Make sure that there are no distractions, use a good internet connection and have a pen and paper ready to take notes. Your readings will automatically save in your history for 3 months.

Try to be relaxed and not nervous, interact with the reader to keep the energy flowing and be prepared for the unexpected!

You are able to seek a refund during your reading. If you feel the Advisor is not connected or if you are unhappy with their service, you can let them know during the first 5 minutes of your call (including intro time). If you proceed with the reading, you can contact us within 2 hours of your reading for a refund of up to $20. Please note the refund will be applied as credit on your account. You can only request one refund per month or for the same advisor.

Why not a full refund?

If you feel the advisor has not connected, you will have to let them know during the reading so they can offer you a full or partial refund. If you continue with the reading, we will only be able to refund up to $20. This is to protect our Advisors from unfair refund requests.

You are able to leave feedback for up to 1 week after the reading. If you have left a feedback and wish to change it, you will need to contact us with a reason for the change.

We do not allow the sale of spells or healings on Private Oracle. They can offer these but NOT at a fee. If you have any concerns or worries about this you can REPORT THE ADVISOR HERE .

Sharing personal information is not allowed in the chat window or via messages. This is to protect you and the Advisors. Sharing this information is a violation and will result in your account being closed.
